Welcome everyone to the first post of the NC DMV (see: http://www.dmv.com/nc/north-carolina) blog. I'm going to go over the rules and regulations. I make the posts, about whatever I like ... but mostly about the DMV ... even though I don't really like the DMV. I guess it's just a topic of interest for me. Maybe some of you out there share the same sort of passion ... probably not.
